With the rapid economic development,small and medium-sized enterprises play an increasingly important role in China's economy.Especially in recent years,although the development of state-owned enterprises faces greater difficulties,China's economy can still continue to grow at a high rate.Because small and medium-sized enterprises have played a huge role.However,behind the remarkable achievements made,due to some characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises themselves,their development is also facing many new problems and challenges.It is particularly important to develop enterprises,talent must be ahead.How to construct a good staff organization relationship,as well as a relatively stable and loyal team,retain talent,minimize the operating costs and operational risks of enterprises,for small and medium-sized enterprises.The research object of this paper is the relationship among employee-organization relationship,psychological contract and employee loyalty,and the relationship among them is discussed in depth.Firstly,it is very important to build the trust relationship between the organization and employees in any era.Secondly,based on employee-organization relationship and employee loyalty,the trust relationship between organization and employees is studied.The reason is that in employee-organization relationship,employees are the main body,while the main body of employee loyalty is the organization.In fact,due to the information asymmetry between the two sides,it will be very difficult to cultivate the trust relationship between the two sides.Thirdly,because the subjects are different,we add psychological contract to study the relationship between the three,so as to confirm the relationship between the three.In the process of research,this paper is carried out in the following logical order: raising,analyzing and solving problems.Firstly,the references at home and abroad are sorted out and summarized,based on which the idea of this study is put forward,and the theoretical model between the three is constructed.Secondly,divide the dimension of selected variables,and select the maturity scale to compile questionnaires.300 questionnaires are issued,and 216 valid questionnaires are finally recovered.Finally,the collected data are analyzed and processed with the help of statistical software,and the theoretical hypothesis is verified and analyzed.Based on the analysis results,the following conclusions are obtained.Firstly,employee-organization relationship has a significant positive impact on employee loyalty.Secondly,psychological contract plays a part of mediating role between employee-organization relationship and employee loyalty.This study hopes to provide effective theoretical basis and practical guidance for SMEs on how to enhance employee loyalty in management,help enterprises attract and retain talents,and establish harmonious employee-organization relationship,and provide management reference for sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprisess.
