In this paper, from the strategic point of view on this problem are discussed.In this paper, by using strategic management methods, from the energy-saving service company as the starting point, the company faces the analysis of politics and law, economy, technology, culture and other macro environment. In this paper a new Guangxi region market professional energy services company--Shenzhen JLD Industrial Company Guangxi branch (also known as JLD Guangxi energy services company) where the industry competition, JLD Guangxi energy services company to develop the most appropriate development strategy, promoting energy saving service company specialized. Specifically this paper analyzes the opportunities, threats and the relative advantages and disadvantages that Guangxi JLD Energy Service Company undertakes through enterprise practices. It proposes that Guangxi JLD Energy Service Company should seize the current energy saving key industry development opportunity-the market of energy-saving mode, to improve energy efficiency through adopting energy saving management mode, and strive to become Guangxi construction energy-saving expert. In order to complete this mission, this paper formulates the long-term strategic goals of the company; it proposes some detailed strategic choices for company taking intensive growth, and suggests a serious of implementing measures to strengthen enterprise abilities and construct enterprise culture. At the same time, this paper also points out that the company should promptly adjust the enterprise strategy based on the external environment, its own conditions and the feedback of the strategic implementation, which could make the enterprises remain invincible in the long-term competition.
