MG(Game Management)was a practical MBA courses developed by the Carnegie Mellon University.It built up a virtual enterprise management environment by using powerful computer data processing capability and Internet technology.Based on its simulation environment,they built a large number of simulation of the company in all over the world.Each company organized and managed team to simulate business.Five companies formed a"World",and each company competed in its own "World" with ranking.The simulated operating company(ET)is a wrist-watches manufacturing company with the development,production and sales of watches,which is located in the United States.According to the operating environment of ET company,we devoted into the research on how to formulate an appropriate financial strategy based on their integrated strategy to ensure the realization of the enterprise's overall competitive strategy,and furthermore to enhance the company's competitive power as well as the sustainable development of the company.This study was on account of the pest model to analyze the company's external macro environment,meanwhile,consolidated data of recent 3 years(12 Quarters).We used the cycle from strategy formulation,implementation,improvement,to re-formulation,Simultaneously Michael Porter's five forces model was applied for analysis of Industrial environment and competitive environment of wrist watch,further analysis of the watch industry environment and the competitive environment.On the basis of the analysis of the company's external environment,the company's internal capabilities and resources are analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn from the SWOT.In the premise of clear known the advantages and disadvantages of the company,analyzed related financial date based upon the overall objectives of the company,formulated practical production of financial strategy and strategic implementation plan,and further more to implement it.In the course of implementation,according to the changes of the external environment and competitors in each quarter,analyze the results of the business,and constantly adjust the specific operating methods and financial implementation strategies.
