Industrial Development Supporting System And It’s Evaluation Of Supporting Condition

Economic growth depends on sustained industry economic growth and rapid development of industrialization. Various places’ industry in our country has greatly improved after years of rapid development, but in the development process, a prominent problem is the factor input structure is not reasonable. Therefore, we need to build an industrial development supporting system to solve this problem.This paper thinks, the industry development of a target region needs a powerful corresponding supporting system, and the supporting condition of the system on industrial development is not strong or weak, but whether they are matching each other. It requires a different industrial development supporting system at different stages, in different growth rates of industrial development.The supporting condition of industrial development can be measured by the matching coefficient of industrial development supporting system. A matching coefficient of a target region is achieved from advanced analogy region areas, using the ratio of each element value and the industrial added value. Thus we can infer to each element’matching value of this area. From the comparison of each element’matching value and planning value we can know which element’ input is overdose while which is insufficient. Accordingly we can give countermeasures and suggestions to improve every element’input consists of the industrial development supporting system.According to the research steps, this paper will take Guangxi as an example to test the validity of the theory raised in this paper.
