Modern Company’s project management has introduced more hommization management and implements dynamic variable-pay incentives. The reason that company introduce these mechanism is because they can motivate project manager and member to make high efficient work and enthusiasm for project task, finally build a brilliant project team. The past old management mode has been proved deprecated and can not feet the requirement of high efficient and variable work environment in current company. The equalitarianism time was over. But until now on, there are still many companies or organizations whose performance management and incentive mechanism are not thorough. The case of member’s slow down working and negative attitude also is common in the world.This paper analyzes the aspect of project organization and human resource management in project management. Uncover the profit relation and gaming point of view between project members. Author takes consider of requirement layer theory and behavior management, to evaluate the fact effect of material reward and non-financial reward which the project member take from the work. Innovatively, this paper invents a quantizing analysis method for the dynamic variable-pay ratio by introducing the Evolutionary game theory into the Project management incentive mechanism. According to this analysis tool invented in this paper, project manager can judge the team’s working capability changing in long term and provide quantizing evaluation index to figure out the best ratio of the floated salary.At the end of this paper, author combines with practical project case to apply this analysis method and prove the research result.
