This paper attempts to use the knowledge of marketing management, to discusses how about the RJ (For confidentiality purposes, it is hereinafter referred to as RJ companies) as an new network equipment vendors enter the Southeast Asia market. For now, Huawei, ZTE and other Chinese manufacturers already became the strong competitors in the global market through by the booming of communications industry. Good prices and high quality service have become the Log of Chinese Telecom vendors. Southeast Asian market is very important overseas markets, and as an new network equipment company, RJ has the ability and the strong willingness to this markets after five years of domestic market development.Based on my many years of overseas market development experience, and with the situation of RJ. Through use marketing management theory and methods to analyze the external, internal and competitive environment of RJ company. At last, conclude that the key marketing strategies of how RJ companies to enter the Southeast Asian market.
