In the situation of the telecommunications industry reorganization, China Mobile,China Unicom and China Telecom turn into the domestic three biggest full service telecommunication operators, the competes among them is more intense. This article starts with one telecommunication operator channels, expounds that the new channel model (Gridded)for innovation after role function transformation of the telecommunication operator, sticks out that some changes of the new channel development.This text also analyzes one telecommunication operator marketing channels change under the new situation, the theoretical study of the new channels, the new channels mode of operation and customer analysis. The article summarizies the competitive advantages of the new marketing channels.The latter part of the article analyzes the incentive policies operaton with project management knowledge of channels, and illustrates the incentive policies of one telecommunication operator.
