In the document, I analysis the current marketing channels of GN company with the traditional marketing channel theories. Then I forecast the challenges GN may faced. Finally, I give the optimize schemes of the current marketing channels of GN and give the insurance method to implement the new schemes. I am sure that with the changing of competition environment outside the company, the used-proved successful ways in marketing channels need to be adjusted and optimized. And during the procedure of optimization, the company needs to balance its old successful ways with the new innovation methods according to the environment changing.The main points of this document are:The first, in Chinese market, a company’s ability to design and manage its marketing channels is the key ability to the company’s prospect.The second, during the past10years, GN has carried on a stable and long term development based on its current marketing channels. The marketing channels management proved to be a successful way to the China market. But the old ways meet with new challenges in the new competition environment.The third, two new parties in the mobile phone market are telecommunication carriers and internet operators. They bring with a great shocking in the tradition mobile phone market. GN needs to adjust and optimize its original marketing channels to cooperate with the new competition environment.The fourth, GN needs to balance the old successful way. with the new innovation adjustment, so that the execution of the new method will be carried out smoothly.The fifth, the new marketing channel solution should merge the telecommunication channel and internet channel based on it’s traditional complete agency policy.The sixth, to carry on the new marketing channel method, GN company should firstly affirm the traditional complete agency channel. Then GN should merge the old channels with telecommunication channels rapidly and gradually adapt the old channels with the internet channels; During the whole procedure, the GN company should pay special attention on the interest conflict of each parties and carry on the method stably and carefully.
