During the past more than10years of development, Company A has been committed to thebusiness of knitwear weaving, and small amount of clothing processing. At present, basedon the changing consumer attitude because of the network popularization, and theadvantages of low cost, high efficiency, and wide range of utilization, E-commercedeveloped rapidly and utilized in various industries. As one kind of the E-commerce model,B2C E-commerce not only provides the convenient online shopping, and also brings moreopportunities and new marketing channels to different industries. Based on the rapiddevelopment of B2C E-commerce model, and mature development of the main business,company A expects to get more profit by expanding the garments business in B2Cdomestic market.The development status of company A will be analyzed, including the advantages,disadvantages, opportunities and threats facing. Following the analysis, the strategy andtactics of B2C E-commerce will be established and studied separately, such as thefunctional strategy about the resource sharing; the distribution of the human resources; themarketing strategy about the selecting of the target market, products, price and so on; theoperational management and the flow control management about the cooperation betweendifferent departments. Finally, the financial forecast will be utilized to evaluate thefeasibility of the B2C E-commerce of company A.In addition, I hope that this thesis would be helpful for company A or companies withsimilar background on the implementation of B2C E-commerce.
