Management And Practice Of Knitted Garment Manufacture

With the rapid development of the knitwear industry, the difficult problems presented to most knitwear factories are the methods to reduce the increasing cost, to upgrade their products and to improve their production efficiency and management. This paper is the study on process management and practice for knitwear production by surveying, analyzing, comparing, inducing, concluding and practicing. Analysis on the balance of the production capacity and its burthen focuses on the sewing process according to the fabric performance ant its styles. The conclusions of this paper are all kinds of theory projects which have been established according to their special process. Analyzing and Comparing with the performance of the process, the practical regulations and experience of process management, optimization and dynamical control for knitwear, which is concluded by applying the most suitable project to production process in order to dynamically control the course, quality and cost, contribute to improving the efficiency of production management and the ability of competition in the market.
