Research On The Land Use Zoning Of City Belt Along Yangtze River In Anhui Province Based On Industrial Structure Adjustment

The adjustment of regional industrial structure affects the change in the patternof land use. The level of industrial development and the evolution of industrialstructure determine the mode of land use, structure and its change.In a certain sense,industrial spatial structure is the structure of land use because a certain economicstructure and industrial structure must be mapped by the corresponding land usestructure. At the same time, the land use status, endowment, policy, institution andother factors will also restrain and guide the development of regional industry and thedirection of structural adjustment, similarly land use base constraints reaction in theregional industry structure adjustment. The nonlinear relationship between land usesystem and industrial system makes the coordination of land use change, industrialdevelopment and the ecological environment construction as the core of mainfunction zoning. Land use zoning,with the regional differentiation of land use laws asthe theoretical basis, around to give full play to the comparative advantage of the area,to stimulative interregional reasonable division of labor and collaboration, planningas a whole to coordinate the regional land use, is the effective way to prevent fromrepeating construction, convergence industrial structure.City belt along Yangtze river in Anhui province as an important part of the region in PanYangtze River Delta area, whose Yangtze River shoreline conditions is superior, having rich land,mineral, water and labor resources, is the closest region to the area of delta of the Yangtse Riverwhose industry is transferred and radiated to center-west region.In the context of promoting riseof central China, undertaking industrial transfer provides the opportunities and challenges to theindustrial development and the effective use of.land in city belt along Yangtze river in Anhuiprovince. This article through researching on Wanjiang City belt industry development relationwith land use change, combined with the relevant planning of undertaking industrial transfer,dividing dominant industry land use zone of Wanjiang City Belt, has important theoretical andpractical significance to give full play to the advantage of land natural resources district industrydevelopment, promote the regional industrial cooperation function and efficiency, reasonably useland resource, improve the development of land natural resources use efficiency, achieve region economy sustainable increasing.The paper is composed of six parts, as follows:Chapter one: Introduction. It discussed the background and significance of theresearch, and generalized the summary of domestic and abroad research of land usezoning, the adjustment of industrial structure, and the relationship between industrystructure and land use. Then, it elaborated content, methods and technical line of theresearch.Chapter two: The basic concepts and theories. It summarized the currentconception and connation of land use zoning, industrial structure and the adjustmentof industrial structure.Based on purpose and significance of the research, it definedthe connotation of industrial land in this paper.And then it set forth the basic theoriesof land use zoning which based on industrial structure adjustment.Chapter three: Study on the relationship between industrial structure and landuse of City belt along Yangtze river. Based on the evolution rule of the industrial structure andland use about City belt along Yangtze river, it analyzed the relationship between industrialstructure adjustment and land use,which lay the foundation for land use regionalization of Citybelt along Yangtze river.Chapter four: Land use zoning of City belt along Yangtze river in Anhui province.Under the premise of definitude with the land use zoning objectives and principles, it determinedthe technology route of land use zoning.It mainly built land use zoning index system in fiveaspects which are land investment of industrial development, economic density of industrial land,population density of industrial land, ecological constraints of industrial development andecological efficiency of industrial land. And then it divided the land use district by selectingbarycenter clustering method combined with Mapgis correlation function partition.Finally itdetermined the final partition results according to the relevant planning of undertaking industrialtransfer.Chapter five: Regional land use policy analysis based on the adjustment ofindustrial structure. By analyzing the result of land use zoning in City belt along Yangtzeriver in Anhui provinc, it put forward the ways to promote upgrading industrial structureand to Optimize the allocation of land resourses of city belt.Chapter six: Conclusion. It summarized main conclusion and deficiency of thepaper.
