At present,China’s economy has entered a new normal period of speed shift,power conversion and structural adjustment.We should analyze problems and grasp policy focus from the perspective of supply side.With the acceleration of urbanization,the scale of industrial land supply in China has expanded rapidly,and the spatial layout has changed from scattered layout to park agglomeration.Facing the dual impact of urbanization and post industrialization,the layout of industrial land and urban land overlaps,which leads to serious problems such as disordered layout of industrial land,lack of planning,and sharp contradiction between industrial land and urban land.As the main carrier of the real economy,industrial land has the highest proportion in the production land.The main supply methods are bidding,auction and listing transfer,agreement transfer,allocation and leasing.The scale of industrial land use can reflect the regional industrial structure,the difference of current economic development level and the advanced degree of industrial structure.The Yangtze River economic belt has become the most potential region for economic development in the future,and it is also a huge engine for China’s high-quality economic development.In this context,understanding the temporal and spatial evolution of industrial land supply structure in the Yangtze River economic belt can provide reference for industrial structure upgrading,layout optimization and local governments to formulate long-term industrial land supply plans.Based on the data of land supply from China’s land market online,this paper explores the total supply scale of industrial land in the Yangtze River economic belt and the temporal and spatial evolution law of industrial land supply in various industries,and discusses the influence law of supply scale.This paper mainly studies three problems:firstly,where is the supply distribution of industrial land and what kind of spatial pattern is formed in the dual transition period of market and economy?Secondly,under the background of the great protection of the Yangtze River economic belt,what is the temporal and spatial evolution trend of industrial land in various industries?Thirdly,what is the impact mechanism of industrial land supply in this region?This paper first analyzes the spatial-temporal distribution and agglomeration of the total supply scale of industrial land in the Yangtze River economic belt,and then based on the《National Economy Industry and Code(GB/T)4754-2017)》and the development of industrial industry in the Yangtze River economic belt.The industrial land is divided into eight categories according to the industry,and the temporal and spatial evolution of industrial land in various industries and the supply of industrial land in different development stages are explored.Finally,the panel data model is used to analyze the influence mechanism of industrial land supply in the region.This paper uses spatial analysis and econometric model to supplement the research on industrial land supply from the perspective of geographical spatial evolution.It combines industrial land structure with industrial structure.The research includes a large number of panel data on industrial land supply,and studies the spatial evolution and impact mechanism of these data.The GIS software is used for data processing and spatial analysis in technical analysis,which makes the spatial-temporal evolution of industrial land supply in the Yangtze River Economic Belt visible.When we study the complex motivation behind the supply of industrial land,we need to use the panel data model of econometrics to analyze the motivation.The main conclusions:(1)Time:the total scale of industrial land supply in the Yangtze River economic belt shows a trend of decreasing volatility,from 66100 hm~2 in 2010 to 49900 hm~2 in 2018.The land use scale of all industries showed a downward trend of fluctuation,while the land use scale of industrial supporting services showed an upward trend(an increase of49.93%).(2)Space:during the study period,the total scale of industrial land supply in the Yangtze River economic belt is in equilibrium evolution,and the industrial development tends to be balanced,and more than half of the total scale of land supply is concentrated in the scope of urban agglomeration.Mining industry,other industries and raw material processing industry are relatively concentrated in space,while energy supply industry,high-tech industry,industrial supporting services,food and textile industry and modern manufacturing industry are relatively balanced in space.(3)Development stage:the transfer of industrial land in the middle and late stages of industrialization is greatly affected by the political and economic environment;the average land supply scale and industry in different development stages are different,and the higher the regional development stage is,the greater the demand for industrial land is.(4)The influence mechanism:the transaction price of industrial land and the level of economic development have a significant inhibitory effect on the expansion of supply scale,and the increase of fixed asset investment,local fiscal revenue and total industrial output value will promote the expansion of industrial land supply scale.(5)Industrial Development in various regions:the growth of land use scale of various industries in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River is limited.The development mode of industrialization in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is changing,from the development mode of wide supply of land to the development mode of relying on infrastructure investment.The industries in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River are in the stage of transformation and upgrading,forming a new round of industrial production. |
