As developing of the world economy, the importance of the corporatefor modern commodity economy is very special. People hope that the bigcompanies bear social responsibility to a serially problem, which has beenbrought into society by them. In the same time, companies search the wayto improve images under the social pressure from consumer and human rightsmovement on their own initiative.In2005, the principle of corporatesocial responsibility has been established by the revised Company Law.But people still argue that how and how much the social responsibilityto be bore by companies when the meaning of social responsibility isunclear.
