Study On Mechanism Of Corporate Social Responsibility Implementation In Transition Economy

Corporation is cell of the society, and society is root of corporation. Corporation and society should be the harmonious body with symbiosis and prosperity. Corporations which implement more social responsibilities while growing strong have become an inevitable trend and irresistible international mighty torrent. In the increasingly fierce international market competition day by day, corporation society responsibility (CSR) also gradually is becoming a rigid institution restraint. It is the insurmountable threshold that corporations subdue if corporations want to win victory of competition. Since the beginning of reform and opening up, China's corporations as a social and economic lifeline contribute significantly to the development of the country and to the welfare of the people. With the economy and society booming in China, corporation society responsibility has actually had the profound crisis. It has produced a huge contrast between the lack of corporation social responsibility and economic prosperity; the ideas of corporation social responsibility and current situation of the implementation in China are not in extreme conformity with high-speed growth of China's economy. Using the methods of combination of the comprehensive analysis and logical reasoning and the empirical and normative analysis, detailing and explaining systematically and exhaustively to the principle of the impetus mechanism, balancing mechanism, supervision and restraint mechanisms and dynamic integration of the corporation social responsibility implementation, This article reveals deeply only when the mechanisms of the corporation social responsibility implementation of the impetus mechanism, balancing mechanism, supervision and restraining mechanism bring about a coupling, corporation social responsibility can be internalized and corporation can be changed from passive adaption to initiative implementation, thereby achieving spirally dynamic harmony with corporation development and implementation of social responsibility. At last this article proposes some specific measures and recommendations about path which builds the mechanism of corporation social responsibility implementation of the state-owned corporations as the mainstay.
