According to experiences and economic development patterns of developedcountries, when per capita income reaches to800-1000dollars, consumers’ focuseson agricultural products began to shift from pursuit number to quality (Dai Xiaofeng,Bing-Qing Zhao,2002).Meanwhile, in2010,the report released by the NationalBureau of Statistics claimed that the per capita annual disposable income of China’surban residents reached to19,109yuan (approximately$3,013.5), and the per capitanet income of rural residents reached to5919yuan (about933.4U.S. dollars). Theseabove data shows, on the consummation of agriculture production, Chineseconsumers are on the turning point of shifting from pursuit numbers to qualities.However,.the most effective way to improve the quality of agricultural products is theimplementation of agricultural standardization. This dissertation analyzes questionnaires from256rice-growing farmers of116villages in Zhejiang province,163corn-growing farmers of50villages in Jilinprovince and236apple-growing farmersof132villages in Shaanxi province. Throughthe conduction of using descriptive statistical analysis and logistic regression model, this dissertation not only analysis the production situation of rice, corn and apple, butalso inspect factors which exert impacts on farmers’ behaviors of implementingagricultural standardization. For rice-growing farmers, the age of the decision-makerin the farmer’s family exerts the greatest impact on their behaviors of implementingagricultural standardization. For corn-growing farmers, their knowledge ofagricultural standardization is the most crucial one which impacts their behaviors. And for apple-growing farmers, the ratio of apple-growing income and gross incomeexerts the greatest impact on their behaviors of implementing agriculturalstandardization.
