Enterprise development strategy is the overall development program and activityplans of the company. In order to seeking and maintaining longtime competitiveadvantage enterprises has to make global and scientific strategy. Since there is nobankrupt industry but only bankrupt companies every enterprise has to face with thefierce external market changes and severe business environment. Making longtimedevelopment strategy according to its own advantages and characteristics is essentialfor enterprise. There are three strategy levels which is the company level of strategy,the business level of strategy and the functional level of strategy. Along with theglobal financial crisis affection intensified, import and export trade of seafoodprocessing industry are all impacted. At present this industry’s fine and furtherprocessing is insufficient which greatly restricted the seafood processing industrydevelopment space.Yantai YT food company ltd is a new private seafood processing enterprise inYantai. With the current increasing competition and the ability of the enterprisesresources expansion, this company has showing a contradiction in rapid developmentand the lag of management. The chaos of management mode, too simplifiedorganizational structure and not reasonable talent structure have seriously restrict thedevelopment of the company. The question of Yantai YT food company ltd is just aepitome reduction in seafood processing industry. In order to seize beneficial marketopportunities and obtain competitive advantages in the competition YT Company hasto make a medium and long term development strategy So as to realize its bigger andstronger enterprise total goal and then realize its future development and survivaldirection.This paper mainly use enterprise strategy management related theory and method aswell as the process of strategy management for reference. Through consultingliterature and field investigation, the article evaluates and analyzes YT Company’sexisting problems on strategic management. In this paper we use PEST macro-analysis and Five Forces Model by Professor Porter to carry the systematicanalysis and then use value chain to carry its internal environment analysis from itsinternal operation, enterprise organization structure, enterprise technology researchand development as well as marketing. By the analysis of its external and internalenvironment it comes out the strength and weakness factor. In the last part we give outthe company’s strategic planning which according to the strategy analysis modelSWOT. At the same time we give implementing ways for enterprise future strategyand some suggestions on how to carry out its enterprise strategy.The purpose of this paper is to play a guiding role on YT Company’s strategymanagement. Hoping to more and more normative its enterprise management andthen gradually developed into a domestic first-class seafood processing foodenterprise which has the core competitiveness and sustainable development capacity.
