The Strategy Synergetic Research On JXSH Listed Company And The Remaining Enterprise

Strategy is the programmatic planning and design for the direction and goals of future development, It has the overall directive meaning to enterprise management activities. Therefore, the enterprise must make a clear developing strategy, set up a scientific strategic management system and implement effective strategic management so as to maintain everlasting competitive advantage, effectively avoid various risks from external uncertain factors and to realize the healthy and sustainable development. However, because of the growing market competition, many enterprises'business strategies involve multi-service, multi-industry and inter-department. But the problem is whether multi-service can bring strategic interests and how to avoid strategic risks, thus realize multi-service strategic synergtic and strengthen competitive power of enterprise. Aiming at this issue, researches and ways of solving the problem are discussed in this article.Firstly, the enterprise strategic management theory and strategic synergtic theory are studied here, which established the theoretical base to analysis and solve practical problems in enterprise. Secondly, through the analysis for SWOT of JXSH listed company and the remaining enterprise, the conflict between the strategic choice for JXSH listed company and the remaining enterprise are revealed. Then, after the analysis for the necessity and feasibility of the strategic synergtic for JXSH listed company and the remaining enterprise, the strategic synergtic theory are applied to analysis and plan the strategy for JXSH listed company and the remaining enterprise. Finally, related problems to ensure the successful implementation of strategic synergtic are discussed.The enterprise strategic management theory, strategic synergtic theory and SWOT analysis are applied in this article. It adopts the strategic synergtic planning for JXSH listed company and the remaining enterprise to strengthen the overall competitiveness of JXSH listed company and the remaining enterprise and apply the theory to solve practical problems in enterprise.
