Insulation And Waterproofing Project Implementation And Evaluation Of The South Drainage Tobacco Warehouse Of QD Cigarette Factory

Accelerating the alcoholization of tobacco leaves and improving their physicaland chemical indicators of the tobacco leaves by the storage and maintenance oftobacco raw material can improve the intrinsic quality of cigarettes from the view ofraw materials optimization, which is the main task of the tobacco warehouse.However, defects such as discoloration, mildew and vermin can often appear on thetobacco material during their storage. Insulation and waterproof transformation of thetobacco warehouse can prevent the heat conduction and heat circulation outside andinside of the tobacco warehouse and can ensure that the temperature and humidity ofthe tobacco warehouse, which can supply conditions for the storage andalcoholization of tobacco leaves. Therefore, roof and wall insulation andwaterproofing project design and construction of South Drainage tobacco warehouseof the QD Cigarette Factory can strengthen the process control of the tobaccomaterials, and it is also of great practical significance to improve the tobacco quality.The current situation and problems in the South Drainage tobacco warehouseroof and wall insulation and waterproofing project of the QD Cigarette Factory isanalyzed in this paper, and the technical program of the project and constructionprocess is determined on basis of the analysis of the roof and wall insulation andwaterproof technology. The project is organized by using the modern projectmanagement methods. The goals and priorities of the project is cleared, and a detailedconstruction organization was developed by using different technologies such an workbreakdown(WBS), scheduled plan, Organization Form, Responsibility AssignedMatrix(LRC) etc., which can ensure the completion of the project in the plannedconstruction period with quality and quantity. The research is mainly carried out inthis paper from two aspects, the implementation of the project organization and progress of security, quality management and control. And the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation models combining quantitative and qualitative method of theproject management results in the whole project process was set up. And the projectwas comprehensively evaluated by using this model.
