| With rapid growth of the network technology resources in number, the heterogeneous phenomenon of the science and technology resources, no norms increasingly prominent, the utilization and the efficient management of the network technology resources need to be improved. The background of this paper is the project " Network Technology Resources Application Integration Environment" which is sub of the project "National Science and Technology Platform", analyzing evaluation index, AHP evaluation model, the weighted matrix, HFGF algorithm evaluate models, we begin to study some of the key issues of the algorithm evaluation HFGF model applied to the network technology resources Quality evaluation System. The main work includes:1. The choice of evaluation indicators and evaluation models to determine. We have analyzed the impact of data quality evaluation for data quality measurement model and data quality control model. A hierarchical method and the gray comprehensive evaluation index combining model is proposed, the results of which show that the method accurately describes the essential characteristics of the resources being evaluated.2. The weighted evaluation matrix is determined by using AHP and fuzzy theory to. This paper improves the existing methods which have many problems for determining the weight and propose a comprehensive weight of the weighted matrix evaluation method with a balance between subjective and objective aspects which can express reasonably the importance degree of the feature indexes of network technology resources in the evaluation process.3. From the perspective of quantitative to qualitative analysis, the HFGF integrated evaluation model is proposed. The evaluation conclusion is drawn by fuzzy evaluation combining the score of the statistical experts by Grey and the score of the questionnaire. In the practical application, evaluation results become more objective and real and reasonable. 4. The network technology resources quality evaluation and application is designed and carried out. The HFGF algorithm model is applied to the network technology Resources Evaluation System, which conducts a more reasonable assessment on the collection of scientific and technological resources to the quality of the network, and has achieved good results in the system, with some theoretical and practical significance. |
