Researches On Compehensive Evaluation For Construction Plan Of A Hydroelectricity Station

Along with the development of the market economy in our country, the demand of electric power is increasing. Our country is rich in resource of waterpower, so hydroelectricity is the first option to choose, which accords wih the Scientific Concept of Development.The power plant to build locates in Zhong Feng town, which is in the southwest of a county, and the plant will supply the main power for the city of A.According to the principle of finishing the project by stages, the paper contrive some schemes for the constructing of the plant. It analyzes the factors that affect the constructing in details, such as the nature condition, technology and the cost. Then it builds the model to evaluate these schemes by combining quantitative and qualitative method and give the suggestion to choose the content scheme. The main contents of this paper are outlined as follows:Firstly,according to the principle of buiding water power plant by stages,the paper prepares three schemes for the decision-maker.It also constructs the set for the evaluation of the schemes, which is hiberarchy.Secondly, for each scheme,it analyzes the factors that affect the constructing in details, such as the nature condition, the management of the constructing and the cost,and compares these schemes with those factors.Thirdly, it builds the model to evaluate these schemes by combining quantitative and qualitative method , which include expert's survey, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and it evaluate these schemes with the model and give the order of them.Lastly,.with result of comparing on different facets and the evaluation index that are gained through the model, it give the final order of the options, which will offer the decision-maker reference.At the end of the paper, it give the emphases for the further research.
