| As the economy of our country developed rapidly, people’s demands of life is also improved. The industry of real estate developing rapidly, it brings out problems such as the prices of house are rising too quickly, proportions of the spacious mode apartment and the economical mode apartment are not reasonable and the living conditions are poor, which affects the residents’ quality of life and the healthy development of the housing market. Under the background of the government severely policy regulation and market’s strong competition, the real estate enterprises who want to get a better development and lasting interest should meet customer needs and strive for customer satisfaction. To improve competitiveness and establish brand image, can make the enterprise have a more lasting development in the competition.This paper is based on the related satisfaction theories as the starting point, and it is grounded upon hierarchy theory of needs and livable theory. The paper establishes the evaluation index system by the conclusions of the relevant research results and the suggestions of the relevant experts. In this research, I decided to use AHP to determine the initial weight then modify the weight by Entropy Coefficient Method, and then use the TOPSIS to evaluate users’ satisfaction, after I refer to various evaluation methods, combined subjective and objective and used the method of combining the theory and practice. In the paper, I selected district case for research. In order to make the results more scientific, I have tested the reliability and validity and analysis the case I selected by the evaluation system that I have constructed.In this paper, the satisfaction evaluation method is used to improve the users’satisfactions of the real estate enterprise, Satisfaction evaluation method can help enterprise to understand the advantage and the disadvantage of the competitors, and it also can provide a powerful decision to stakeholders. Satisfaction evaluation method can make the customer satisfied, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and establish the brand image at the same time. |
