Since China reform and opening up in1978, the socialist market economy has got more and more matured, which provide private enterprises better governmental support&services, and financing environment. Now, the private economy has become an important cornerstone and the lifeblood of China’s market economy, and become the most innovative growth pole among Chinese enterprise system. In this context, the major force in the private enterprise-the family enterprise is also facing a full range of challenges and competition. How to grasp the opportunity to hold position and make greater progress in today’s increasingly fierce international competition, it’s an important thing which needs family enterprise to think about and explore. Among them, the issue of trust and be trusted in family enterprises is the hot topic which majority of scholars and enterprise managers concern and research.This paper took the family enterprise as the object of research, and used methods such as questionnaire investigation and other research methods to inquiry in to the effects of family enterprise trust on employees’ job attitudes and performance. And I gained conclusions as follows:1. In the family enterprise, the staff gave priority to affective trust and cognitive trust in leaders and colleagues, and emotional trust and cognitive trust level is relatively higher than trust in system.2. We found that employees in family enterprises feel more satisfied to colleagues and leaders and jobs than compensation, while don’t feel satisfied with opportunities for promotion and operating procedures.3. The affective commitment of employees in family enterprises is higher, while the perception of continuance commitment and the perceived organizational support is lower.4. The level of performance of family businesses can be high improved. The employees can complete the jobs well as per requirements of work, moreover, colleagues and leaders have many opportunities to cooperation, accumulate experience and knowledge, improve competency.5. In family enterprise, there is a positive correlation between trust and job satisfaction, and the same with the correlation of trust and organization commitment, trust and performance. The organization commitment and performance have a positive correlation, it is the same with the correlation of job satisfaction and performance.6. Among the trust of family enterprise, the work of different trust is not the same, family enterprise trust have an indirectly impact on performance by influencing employee attitudes (job satisfaction and organizational commitment), in addition trust have directly impact on performance. The creative point lies in that this paper takes family enterprise as the research objects, and combines family enterprise, job attitudes (job satisfaction and organizational commitment) and performance together to do relationship research, draws a conclusion that the family enterprise trust is how to effect employees’ attitudes and performance, then proposed some management measures, as reference to the trust management of the family enterprise.
