Small and medium enterprises play an important role in China’s national economic and social development, have become the backbone of stimulating economic growth gradually. They are the cornerstone which create jobs and ease the impact from economic cycle. With rapid new round growth of economy, the role of small and medium enterprises will become more prominent, the growth of small and medium enterprises evolve into an international topic gradually. For a country, the stable and sustainable growth of economy is impossible without the support of a large number of small and medium enterprises. In recent years, as the strategy that State encouraging small and medium enterprises "going out" proposed, many SMEs are not only completed itself in the accumulation of domestic gradually, but also accelerate their internationalization processes, in order to improve the space and capacity of sustainable development, as well as to go out of the country so that open international market and use of external resources better.Due to various reasons, the growth of small and medium enterprises does not happen overnight, on the contrary, the growth of small and medium enterprises is a process full with circuitous and bumpy, difficult but promising. In order to help more SMEs out of dilemma they faced, upgrade international competitiveness and go abroad, this paper base on growth theory of SMEs both at home and abroad firstly, relying on special market conditions and legal regulations of China and combining internal factors and social objective environment SMEs involved, analyzing main factors which have effect in growth of China SMEs from theory and presenting related research assumptions, Then inspected research data of348SMEs from Jiangbei District by multivariate analysis of variance, results indicate: first, technology and productivity standards of enterprise, liquidity assets of enterprises and Government support can affect the growth of small and medium enterprises significantly; second, the interaction between technology and productivity of enterprise and the quality of the local labor force have significant positive effects on the growth of small and medium enterprises. The findings of this paper not only describe the growth of small and medium enterprises is the result of interaction of internal and external factors effectively, but also is a good attempt to explore how SMEs had grown. Finally, Paper propose a number of measures to help SMEs make strong and prospects of international development of small and medium enterprises point at survey questionnaires and data analysis results, meanwhile, The paper point out its creation and limitations.
