Research On The Growth Mechanism And Countermeasure Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises In Jilin Province Based On The “Growth Ba”

As an important part of the national economy, small and medium sized enterprises have played a very important role in broadening the channels of employment, increasing the number of small and medium-sized enterprises industry, maintaining social stability, increasing residents and fiscal revenue, promoting the progress and innovation of technology and economy and so on. The small and medium-sized enterprises are paid more and more attention by the state and society with their unique advantages.Compared with large enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises have some disadvantages like fewer resources, smaller scale, the backward technology and unscientific management system. So the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is increasingly difficult in such intense market competition. In our country, the small and medium-sized enterprises generally have existed for a shorter time, less than 5 years in average. The growth problem of small and medium enterprises in Jilin Province is clearer. In the development process, small and medium-sized enterprises are not only facing a perplexing influence of the external environment, but also facing a lot of damage and interference of their own barrier factors of growth, which become the key problems of threatening the survival and development of many small and medium sized enterprises.First in this paper, the influence factors of small and medium-sized enterprises are made sure through the growth theory of domestic and foreign enterprises. Then to research the growth mechanism of small and medium sized enterprises based on “growth Ba”. To analyze the characteristics and factor of “growth Ba”, the relationship of the “growth Ba” evolution and the enterprise growth process and the mechanism which “field force” to the growth of Small and medium sized enterprises. To constructing a framework that the analysis of the growth influence factor sources of small and medium-sized enterprises, and to research the possible factor such as growth motivations or opportunities of small and medium-sized enterprises hierarchically. One is to get all ability factor index and judge the matching degree of competence factors through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the other is to obtain the comprehensive evaluation index of growth ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin Province, and to analyze different growth stages of growth ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin Province. To obtain the growth ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin Province in reference in different stages and the weight in different levels based on “growth Ba”, the static evaluation of sample enterprises is worked. Finally, according to the analysis of the results and combined with the reality in Jilin province, the advice of small and medium-sized enterprises growth is proposed.
