In this era of knowledge explosion, at the last moment, the competition of talents is the emphasis of the competition among enterprises.Human capital has been measured as an intangible asset and many scholars have studied the contents. This is particularly more important for the relatively backward Tibet. In recent years, higher turnover rate has been known in Tibet Mainland employees.even include popular civil servants and public jobs initiative.According to interviews, in addition to gradually increasing the intensity of people’s health concerns, outside employees gradually tends shortage by saturation, as well as media attention and the phenomenon of left-behind children and other family factors. Important reason for the affective commitment in the possession of staff, as well as leadership and colleagues for their support also affect its stability.Talent is not only a key factor in development of various undertakings, but also the most valuable asset. If the employee turnover rate is too high, it will cause adverse effects and waste of resources to the organization. With the development of Tibet, it will require more core talents. Social exchange theory provides us with a new perspective to explore the behavior of the staff organization. It tells us that people are social beings, in order to get the recognition and commitment of employees and reduce the loss and damage behavior, the organization would have to give employees more care and support. Based on the reality of Tibet and put the objective of the natural environment aside, how do you retain talent? How do you reduce turnover intention in the possession of staff? How do you solve in the possession of employees work-family conflict? How to balance the support of the leadership, trust of their colleagues and family support? Once breakthroughing this key areas, will help to maintain key personnel of enterprises and institutions in Tibet. At the same time, it is also conducive to more rapid development of Tibet’s social and economic as well as social harmony and stability. In this study, I will provide basic data for solving the introduction of relevant policies in Tibet Autonomous region.Articles intended to innovation is reflected in the following two points:First, we separate the emotional commitment. In order to verify the role of intermediary in the causal relationship between the social support and stability in the post. Second, it is intended to verify that the original nuclear family social support and job stability causal relationship significant regulatory role.Before the study, the author reviews the literature of social support, emotional commitment and stability in the post. On this basis, I clear the idea of writing this article, and the assumption of the article. After the proposed structure, author mainly assume that the two aspects from the pre-interviews and empirical analysis of the argument, and come to the following conclusions:(1) A significant positive correlation between social support and job stability in the possession of the Mainland employees. That is, if individual employees receive higher and more social support, they can produce higher-the-job stability.(2) Leadership play a huge role in supporting for the stability of stable staff. And they are more significant to a positive correlation. It is that if individual employees get higher support of leaders, they can produce higher-the-job stability; family support affected employees individual significant variables, that is, if the individual employees get more family support, the more they can result in higher job stability; trust and support from colleagues-the-job stability is not significant. This may be related to the special circumstances of Tibet.(3) Affective commitment in the causal relationship of social support and stability in the post there is a significant part of the mediating effect. That is, the individual employees access to social support not only a direct impact on its stability in the post, but also indirectly through the emotional commitment of their organizations affect job stability.(4) The article also confirmed that the nuclear family of the employees has a significant regulatory role for social support and stability in the post. In addition, the author confirms the stability of the employees in the state of the nuclear family in the post, will be a significant individual employees in the state of nuclear families under clutch.
