Analyzing Of The Business Model Of The State-owned Enterprise Assets Eustody

The core content of this paper is based on the asset custody business of the state-owned enterprise, then carries on the detailed and thorough analysis, which is the weak point for asset custody research at home and abroad. The research in this aspect will make up the lack of theoretical research at home and abroad, deepen the basic theory research in asset custody area, and lay a solid foundation for Chinese scholars to study custody theory further.In the process of research, this paperfirstly introduce what asset custody business is,then elaborate its characteristics as well as its origin and development in the international background.this paper focuses on significance and characteristics of asset custody acting on the reform of state-owned enterprises. Through researching,this paper provides some suggestions on supervision over enterpises and maintenance of market order.The paper will try to make a useful way for asset custody business of Chinese state-owned entrprises,and provide some reference value for future research.The paper firstly introduces the theory and literature and then analyses the custody mode of Chinese state-owned enterprises in the process of reforming and points out that our country has many problems on asset custody, such as lacking corresponding legal system to support it and even lacking the clear client. In order to solve these problems,the paper takes the Sichuan state-owned enterprise for example to analyse the backgroud in which the asset custody problems exist,the reasons and the solutions.Lastly, paper provides some suggestions on policy and practice of improving state-owned enterprise asset custody mode.The main innovations of this paper include:(1)Putting forward some new viewpoints from state-owned enterprises asset custody:elaborating the difference between asset custody and other asset management,then analysing the significance of Chinese state-owned enterprise asset custody. On this basis,introducing the development of Chinese state-owned enterprises,current mode and related characteristics.(2)Suggestions on development of state-owned enterprises asset custody business:Analysing the present situation and problems of Chinese state-owned enterprises asset custody.then giving suggestions on improving it.
