30years since reform and opening up, Private Economy has created numerous performance and brilliant. But in the face of fierce market competition, how to retain and strengthen the sense of belonging to the organization and reduce the huge losses caused by turnover, has become a core concern of private enterprise. Good corporate culture likes an incubator, provide a favorable soft environment to strengthen the sense of belonging among staff of organizations.The purpose of this paper is to make clear which factors affect sense of belonging, and then propose relevant measures for the study to improve their sense of belonging.This study first identified the scope of the study, preliminary design of the model framework, and then reviewed the organizational culture, employee organizations, the theory of sense of belonging, the results of previous research carried out a detailed overview. On this basis, The author determine the data collection methods of this study, using interviews and questionnaire surveys to get a lot of data, and then using SPSS statistical tools to analyze and organize these data. Finally, the author proposed some organizational measures to enhanced sense of belonging.The results show those:(1) Different people have different understanding of corporate culture:"boss culture","employee culture","trust culture","business philosophy","the spiritual world and the staff code of conduct".(2) different factors of the corporate culture has different affect on senior managers and the general stuff of their sense of belonging.(3)The sense of belonging among private enterprises employees is low;(4) different demographic characteristics of the staff has different sense of belonging, gender, education, marital status, work experience and jobs has different impact on the sense of belonging;(5) Corporate Culture had significant effect on organizational sense of belonging, Corporate culture and sense of belonging to relatives of the highest correlation the correlation of Corporate culture and sense of belonging is highest.(6) teamwork, values, leadership, and corporate management have significant effects on the overall sense of belonging.Using two ways and two Angle to analyze private enterprise employees on the influence of organization of belonging are the innovation of this papar.Two methods are interviews and questionnaires to collect information; two angle refers to the general staff and senior managers.
