The Research On Private Corporation Culture Construction Of Our Country

Recent years, the status of private corporations in Chinese national economy become more and more important and their scales extend gradually, private corporations become one of the important sites where labor force are absorbed. With joining in WTO, Chinese private corporations share the big developing opportunities, at the same time they also face the austere challenges from foreign corporations. So cultivating and strengthening central competitive force is the most important thing for our country's private corporations, and corporate culture play the crucial role in corporations as the important part of central competitive force. Who can design the corporate culture which has times characteristics and fits the times' need, who would become the winner in competition.This thesis uses private corporations' corporate culture as the beginning spot, systematically studies on constructing our private corporations culture by comparative analysis method, the method combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, and case analysis method. First, the author introduces the theory bases of building private corporations' corporate culture which include the concerned theories of corporate culture, the demand lager theory, the basic theory of property rights system. Second, from the point of our private corporation and their corporate culture's developing course, the author finds out the questions exist in the constructing of private corporation culture through analyzing their actuality, and analyzes the reasons that arise these questions from the two sides of macroscopic and microcosmic. The third part is the private corporation culture's construction, the author firstly expounds the goals, guide rules and building opportunity of it, and then suggests the conceits of constructing private corporation culture from material culture, system culture and spirit culture. The forth part id the concrete operating of constructing private corporation culture, the conceits would come true through this part. Finally, the author did a case analysis on the corporate culture construction of Da Qing Zhen Fu Group.
