| Deepening of the economic globalization, the competition between enterprises ismore and more intense, from price competition to the talent competition; it is changedstep by step. Nowadays, with the arrival of intellectual economy, the enterpriseculture competition will become the leading factors of the times; the enterprise culturedraws the wide attention of the world’s researchers and practitioners. In the1980s,when American enterprises learned Japanese enterprises, they first proposed theconcept of corporate culture, the theoretical and empirical research has made manyachievements, but the study in China is relatively late start, focus on collating andsummarizing foreign research results.This paper aims to study the corporate culture of "four levels" theory in the realenterprise and how it is behave, and analysis whether a relationship exists among the"four levels". Through reviewing the domestic and foreign enterprise cultureformation and development of the theory of "four levels", with the enterprise culturestructure theory as the basis, the paper choose the global top500enterprises of SouthKorea H company which has a similar social culture as our country, from H companyenterprise culture development to the" four level" company culture ‘s every level,from H company ’s corporate culture to H company’s core values are studied in detail,and then the paper studied our country enterprise’s problems in enterprise culturecarefully, with reference to H company’s excellent, we can draw some meaningfulmeasures.Through the paper’s study, the enterprise culture of " four level" is not simply aprogressive relationship between each other, but has subtle evolution relationship,while this relationship influence the company business activities, business activitiesreflect this relationship too. |
