This paper attempts to research the basic theory for followership behavior pattern inorganization between superior-subordinate relationships, in order to develop an assessmentscale of followership behavior pattern which apply for local China, and it will provide ascientific and rational guidance methods to build a good relationship betweensuperior-subordinate relationships in organization, also as a basis for further research. Itmainly included three parts:First, according to the research of ShenFang and Zhao Huijun, the paper collected490samples from Chinese followers, in order to explore and confirm the measurement offollow characteristics and follow behavior. The research result showed that: followcharacteristics can be explained into three dimensions: work ability, effectivecommunication, integrity and responsible. Follow behavior can be explained into fourmodels: rational follow behavior, loyal follow behavior, challenges follow behavior,obedience follow behavior.Second, the paper tested relationship between follow characteristics and superiorevaluation, quit intention, job satisfaction.The result is: superior evaluation is significantlyrelated to integrity and responsible, work ability; job satisfaction is significantly related towork ability, effective communication, integrity and responsible.Third, the paper tested relationship between follow behavior and superior evaluation,intention to quit, job satisfaction.The result is: superior evaluation is significantly related torational follow behavior, loyal follow behavior, challenges follow behavior. Quit intentionis significantly related to loyal follow behavior, challenges follow behavior and obediencefollow behavior. Job satisfaction is significantly related to rational follow behavior, loyalfollow behavior, challenge follow behavior.
