On26th,January,2011, new real estate policy is unveiled. The real estate marketis changed from seller’s market to buy’s market. The property company must promotecore competitiveness and accumulate loyal customers through customer service toexceed others. Vanke Property Company in Hangzhou was set up shortly before. Itwants to be advanced and promoted in customer service management pattern. So Iresearch customer service management in property company in case of Vanke inHangzhou has theory meaning and realistic meaning.I have read documents, I set up theoretical system in customer servicemanagement of Property Company with property’s Characteristic. It includes demandanalysis, design, quality management and performance evaluation in customer servicemanagement. I research customer service management pattern in Vanke, Green Town,Longfor, and make comparison among them. I analyze excellence and drawback ofservice system in Green Town and Longfor. At last, to special property-Liangzhu NewTown, I put forward some suggestions to advance and promote customer servicemanagement.
