| SMEs for their innovation capability and adaptive capability in market environment playan important role in building China an innovation-oriented country, they received more andmore attention from the theorists and policy makers. In recent years, SMEs in Heilongjiangprovince have greatly improved in quality and quantity, but we should see that there is a hugegap between Heilongjiang and other well-developed provinces, there still a long way forHeilongjiang province to develop the SMEs. Hence，it’s very important and realistic topenetrate into study of SMEs’ growth in Heilongjiang, which include topics of preciselycomprehending the actuality, evaluating SMEs’ growth systematically and roundly, and howto improve the growth of SMEs in Heilongjiang.This dissertation aims to evaluate the growthof SME in Heilongjiang, and put forward corresponding countermeasure.Firstly, this paper defines the connotation and characteristics of SMEs, enterprise growthand its growth nature，which reveals that the enterprise growth nature is the ability which theenterprise realize potential value by using the internal resources. The growth nature isdirectional, ageing and complex. And then, we describe the SMEs growth status quo inHeilongjiang Province based on various data sources.Secondly, this thesis establishes an integrative assessment indicator system based on theanalysis of the enterprise growth nature. The indicator system includes5dimensions and12indicators. it chooses DEA to evaluate the whole growth nature.Finally, with the evaluation model, this paper does an empirical research on the112SMEs in Heilongjiang Province. According to the results and the status quo of the SMEs inHeilongjiang Province, this thesis gives some advices for enterprise growth natureoptimization, including the following aspects: developing regional economy with localcharacteristics, building the system of financial support for SMEs, encouraging the SMEs todo international trade and improving social services system. |
