Research On Self-dependent Innovation Mode Of Manufacturing Enterprise Based On Knowledge Value Chain

With the development of the knowledge economy and the increasingly fiercecompetition of market, manufacturing enterprises face a lot of pressure in China. In order tosurvive and develop, manufacturing enterprises need to proceed self-dependent innovation toimprove the core competitive advantage. The key of self-dependent innovation inmanufacturing enterprises is to effectively use knowledge resources. Knowledge value chainis a effective method to manage the knowledge resources. The existing researches showed thatthere is a close relationship between knowledge value chain and self-dependent innovation ofmanufacturing enterprises. The management of knowledge value chain is in favor ofself-dependent innovation, and it can foster the sustainable core competitive advantage.However, how does manufacturing enterprises use the knowledge value chain to improve theactivities of self-dependent innovation has not be research deeply.Based on the definition of the connotation and characteristics of self-dependentinnovation in manufacturing enterprise, this paper analyzes the inner coupling relationshipbetween knowledge value chain and self-dependent innovation of manufacturing enterprises.Also it builds the relationship model of knowledge value chain and self-dependent innovationof manufacturing enterprises. Then, this paper researches the issue of construction ofself-dependent innovation in manufacturing enterprises based on the knowledge value chain.It analyzes the basic principles and basic components of mode construction, and puts forwardthe model of self-dependent innovation in manufacturing enterprises based on the knowledgevalue chain. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the running process of the mode, and thenexplores the mechanism of self-dependent innovation in manufacturing enterprises, includingdynamic mechanism, incentive mechanism and resources security mechanism. Then, thispaper evaluates the ability of self-dependent innovation in manufacturing enterprises. Fromthe view of knowledge value chain, it sets up the evaluation index system of self-dependentinnovation in manufacturing enterprises, and establishes the evaluation model using themutant series method to proceed the empirical research. Finally, this paper puts forward somecountermeasures to improve the ability of self-dependent innovation in manufacturingenterprises from two aspects, including government and manufacturing enterprise. This paper analyzes the mutual relationships between knowledge value chain andself-dependent innovation, and builds the self-dependent innovation mode of manufacturingenterprise based on the knowledge value chain. The research has certain theoretical guidanceand reference to broaden the research thinking of self-dependent innovation in manufacturingenterprise, and it can help manufacturing enterprise effectively develop self-dependentinnovation activities using the knowledge value chain.
