The Community Ecological Tourism Management Model Comparison Study Based On The Residents’ Perception

In early days, the government dominated the management of community ecologicaltourism. But under the background of globalization, problem appears gradually,such as how tochange the bad-profit of government ‘s “blood transfusion” to community ecologicaltourism,and how to make balance of economic and social benefits. Nowadays, lots of scenicspots chose the new pattern that Enterprise dominated and community participate to get rid ofthe difficult position. According to conservative statistics, by the end of2010, more than300of the scenery spots have had the management right transferred all over the country.However,right after the transfer, problem gradually revealed. Constructing a rational pattern ofecological tourism management for the community participation is imminent.This purpose of this paper is to choose the effective model of ecological tourismmanagement through comparation of perception of local reasident to different patterns, so asto better the ecological tourism,to improve the living standard of pepole at depressed area andachieve the core target of sustainable development of tourism destination eventually.Ecological tourism community emphasized "improve the living standard of the residents atscenery spots", to seek the balance amoug the stakeholders. As one of the most importantstakeholders,locall residents have the final say to comment on the patterns of ecologicaltourism management.The perception and satisfaction level is the of key factors to choose themanagement pattern of ecological tourist destination. So natural factors to the formation ofresidents’ the satisfaction are the key factors of this study.This article chooses two depressed area as research objects in Guangdong and Nankunanling national forest park,which are typical pattern of the different community ecologicaltourism patterns.On the basis of the stakeholder theory, though a large number of field survey,the paper launch comprehensive research of community ecological tourism developmentmodel, by using the structural equation model methods, on the basis of residents’ perception.The first part is: basic concepts, theoretical basis, and Research. Mainly elaborated thebackground and significance of community-based ecotourism management model,summarized the basic concepts of community, eco-tourism, community eco-tourism, therelevant theoretical and research advances.The second part is: the main part of the article, including chapter two, third and four.Chapter2summarized on the type of community-based ecotourism management model, to elect a typical community-based ecotourism management model based on the mode type ofinductive summary; Chapter3on the basis of collate information and site study to build astructural equation the model of residents’ perception, participation relations. Chapter4issummary of the third chapter,namely the comparison of Nankunshan and the Nanling,pointed out that the selection and application of their respective modes. From an the empiricallevel for first time, quantitative comparison of verification of eco-tourism communityparticipation, the study found that government-led model in Nankunshan CommunityResidents ’Perceptions of Tourism is largely negative, the Nanling corporate-led model ofcommunity residents’ Perceptions of Tourism to the front of the main study, at the same time,the study found that the special is local residents still willing to participate in tourism, unlessthe negative perception. Studies have shown that, in relatively backward areas, local residentssought economic, ignoring the environment; the pursuit of business ignore the economicenvironment, and are the same unsustainable; At the same time, the results indicate that byusing the structural equation methods analyzed the two cases area management, the result isreasonable for ecological tourism management mode analysis to provide community methodand basis. First to use quantitative management model to demonstrate from the residentsperception point of view, the analysis showed the demands and impact of the enterprise,residents and government, and provide a basis for the macro-management mode.The fifth chapter of the third part, namely the paper the main conclusions of the study,innovation and future research prospects. Article through RPSP-model factor loadings, wecan see the Nanling enterprise-led model is superior to Nankunshan the government-ledmodel. But at the same time through the RPSP-model path analysis found that if no externalconstraints, not only local residents, foreign companies will be the performance of contemptenvironment to extract economic value of eco-tourism system, until nothing can be exploit. Itcan be seen in the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics, community-basedecotourism in order to achieve sustainable development, must be changed unilaterally by thegovernment-led governance.
