At the present time, the energy crisis, global warming, environmental pollutionis increasing, had threatened the sustainable development of our modern society. Therefore, low-carbon economy is the only way we develop. China is one of theresources and energy are relatively poor countries, in order to develop the economyrelatively on the basis of weak energy and resources, A vigorous development ofrenewable energy is an inevitable choice for China’s sustainable economicdevelopment.China has abundant renewable energy, with the rapid increase of the price of oil, coal and other renewable, energy sources is particularly pointed. In recent years,Considerable achievements have been made in renewable energy. At present, the useof renewable energy in China is mainly reflected in the power. Because coal-firedelectricity is one of the main reasons produces for carbon dioxide, with the increasingdepletion of fossil energy, the people shall be concerned for renewable energy. Inorder to adapt to the development trend in today, survival and development inlow-carbon economy mode, we must vigorously develop renewable energy. To duly expand the renewable energy, the optimization of the electricity powerindustry is essential. This is not only inevitable choice to alleviate energy pressures, but also to promote economic growth essential. Here, we explore the development ofrenewable energy electric power and incentive policy.Unlike traditional energy, renewable energy has its own characteristics: widelydistributed high electricity price and electricity price uncertainties. The article firstanalyses the different power structures, and discusses the advantages anddisadvantages of the different power structure of power generation, and then analyzesthe China renewable energy development status of the electricity and the problems inthe development process and future development trends.Based on traditional economic point of view, we believe that the electricityindustry is a natural monopoly industry, it needs government regulation. With thecontinuous development of the theory of government regulation, power regulationtheory is also changing.the traditional government regulation to the incentivemechanism theory, which is very important to the development of renewable energy electricity.Based on the existing problems of renewable energy power industry, through thegovernment’s incentive regulation, inspire technological innovation to improve andfurther improve the power industry’s incentive policies.
