With the rapid growth of renewable energy installed capacity in Jibei area,large-scale wind power integration and the corresponding supporting policies will significantly influence the economic operation of the power grid.However,situation is more and more severe for wind power accomodation in Jibei area,there are two reasons for this situation: one is the overlapping of abundant wind resource season and winter heating period,the other is that system peak-valley regulation capability reduces.Meanwhile,the lack of renewable energy market mode and ancillary service mechanism further limits the accomodation level in Jibei power grid.Therefore,it is necessary to study the economic research on large-scale wind power integration in Jibei power grid,and establish analysis model of peak-valley regulation ancillary service based on generation units,power transmission and load in Jibei area.In this paper,the peak-valley regulation ancillary service practiced in China and market mechanism of the power system in foreign countries are summarized.Based on this,the incentive mechanism for the peak-valley regulation ancillary service is designed in Jibei power grid.Test results show that wind power curtailment will increase more intensely with the rapid growth of wind power installation,the decrement of social power consumption,and the peak-valley regulation capability of thermal units.To solve the problem of renewable energy integration,policies of renewable energy accomodation are introduced in this paper,a multi-time-scale wind energy integration capacity evaluation technology is studied,a incentive mechanism taking into account the cost of ancillary services is designed.Assessment shows that this mechanism improves the intermittent energy accomodation level,and enhances the profit of large-scale wind power integration.
