Along with the development of Chengdu taxi industry, taxi enterprise management mode of the staff to the company by the contract system of change, the driver holds a line operation of the burden, no longer is the enterprise to make money tools, but an important enterprise human capital and wealth. Now the business model of the implementation of the employees though has altered the enterprise to driver loose management way, advocate maintenance driver rights and interests, and improve the service quality and enhance competitiveness, but by the time the influence of contracted responsibility system management style, which made a taxi driver to enterprise staff management are lack of the correct understanding, emphasize the system management, emphasize the economic contract, not play management efficiency and realize the sustainable development of enterprise. Therefore, how to take more effective measures to perfect the driver’s management is the taxi enterprise employees to be solved problems.To the psychological contract theory to analysis, we can conclude that the psychological contract is contact staff and organization of the link, affect employee work attitude and working performance and to enterprise’s satisfaction, driver management for having the effect that cannot ignore, it is helpful to inspire the work enthusiasm and initiative and improve the pilot of company’s satisfaction and loyalty, to meet the needs of the driver self-motivation, and increase enterprise operational efficiency of the taxi. Based on this, this paper puts forward the driver management should be to management system management system and humanistic management management concept of combining the transformation from a focus on the economic contract to the economic contract and the psychological contract of combining the management mode reform, through the good faith recruitment and employment system, establishing perfect smooth communication system, the reasonable evaluation, perfecting the compensation system, establish incentive policies, strengthen the training and promotion channels open innovation management method, realize the psychological contract and the driver the fit of management, in order to fully arouse the enthusiasm of the driver, subjective initiative, improve the service quality and benefits, the enhancement enterprise competitiveness, improve the staff of the taxi trade management system, to promote the sustainable development of enterprise.
