Agricultural economy has also developed rapidly, and the rural area acquires a completely new outlook. Especially, agricultural mechanization has played a very important role in the development of agriculture and rural area. At present, with all the achievements in the process of agricultural mechanization, there are some obstacles due to the capital shortage as well.This thesis aims to research the countermeasures to promote the development of agricultural mechanical equipment by finance lease, and propose an effective scheme to solve those problems.Finance lease is a method to circulate capitals. Since it is unnecessary to provide guarantees and rents could been paid during the process of producing, fiance lease is very suitable for agricultural machinery field. Morden finance lease business, which plays a crucial role in the world financal market, started in the United States, and now it has developed into the second largest financial method next to bank credit. Because of its particular virtues, finance lease has been widely used in all kinds of industries by every country, including agricultural field. Agricultural machinery finance lease has just started in china, and the related theory studies cannot meet the needs of its development. This thesis will widely research the domestic and foreign development history of finance lease and agricultural mechanization, combining the current situation of China agriculture, then find the entry point of agricultural machinery finance lease. Furthermore, the feasibility of agricultural machinery finance lease will be analysed, and aimed at the current problems, Countermeasures will be proposed.Through the systematic analysis and research, this thesis argues that finance lease could give a big push to the development of agricultural mechanization. On the one hand, compared to bank credit, finance lease does not need guarantee, which just avoids the guarantee problem existed in rural area. On the other hand, the right to use the agricultural machine can be gained by paying a small down payment, which is much easier than direct purchasing. It could be concluded by the feasibility analysis that finance lease could be used in the agricultural machinery field, which not only meet the need of farmers, leasing companies and manufacturers, but also fit the policy statue enviroment in China.But there are a lot of problems of the development of agricultural machinery fiance lease as well. First of all, rural credit environment is not good enough to benefit the development of finance lease. Besides, the small production scale of agriculture producing is also against the development of the lease financing business. At the same time, due to the differences between different areas, one model will not satisfy the whole industy. Aimed at those problems, specific countermeasures will be given. First, based on foreign successful experience, the support of the government is the key to promote the agricultural machinery lease finance. Tax reductions or exemptions and subsidies can effectively stimulate the business. Second, leasing company and cooperative society could integrate resources, which will virtually enlarge the scale of agricultural machinery, and increase the efficiency. Third, the rural credit systerm should be improved to creat a better environment for agricultural machinery lease finance. And different regions should consider their advantage and disadvantage in the process of agricultural machinery lease finance, which could start from East area based on the stronger economy.
