Study On Operating Environment Of Qingdao’s Establishment Of The Core And Forerunner Area Of China-Japan-South Korea FTA

Since the1990s， the development of the world economy has gone through theaccelerated process of economic globalization and regional economic integration. Thedeepening of economic globalization and regional economic integration intensifiedcompetition in the global economy. East Asia， as the highest economic growth rateand the world’s most populous region， has always been in the lack of an effectiveeconomic coordination system to change this situation， which hinder the promotionof East Asia’s economic development and improvement of internationalcompetitiveness. China-Japan-South Korea FTA of this idea was proposed in2002forthe first time，and in the next nine years，the research institutes in China，Japanand South Korea have done a lot of analysis on the feasibility of the establishment ofChina-Japan-South Korea FTA， and get a positive conclusion. The establishment ofChina-Japan-South Korea FTA in the future is inevitable.China-Japan-South Korea FTA requires a certain socio-economic support. Qingdaohas unique conditions in promoting economic and trade cooperation of China，Japan and South Korea. Especially after Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone isofficially named as a national strategy， Qingdao will become the core first-test areato carry out the construction of economic zone blue. Future， Qingdao will highlightthe building of the former Bay Bonded Port Area and will play location advantages ofadjacent to Japan and South Korea，face Northeast Asia，initially built Qingdao Portas a leader. Qingdao will take Rizhao Port and Yantai Port as the two wings， the portgroup of the Shandong on foreign trade in Northeast Asia as container transshipmenthub， and explore the establishment of the core first-test area of China-Japan-SouthKorea FTA， which play a prominent role in the promotion of China-Japan-SouthKorea FTA.This article is divided into the following four levels: First of all， uses internationaleconomics theory of comparative advantage， factor endowments theory， tradetheory and the theory of a free trade zone within the industry as the theoreticalfoundation to built theoretical framework of China-Japan-South Korea FTA andsupply necessary groundwork and theoretical support to the future analysis. In thesecond level， this paper will take practical significance of the establishment of theChina-Japan-South Korea FTA in the empirical analysis. Get the conclusion of theinevitability of China-Japan-South Korea FTA on the basis of analysis ofChina-Japan-South Korea FTA to the status quo; In the third level， this paper willanalyze the operating environment of the pilot area of Qingdao to become the corearea of China-Japan-South Korea FTA. The first is an objective environment， including analysis of the objective advantages of Qingdao from the local advantagesand policy advantages， and give further description of Qingdao to become a coreadvantage of the pilot area through comparative analysis; following is the tradingenvironment. Through quantitative analysis method， Qingdao undertake industrialtransfer of Japan and South Korea， which has a significant impact on economicdevelopment of Qingdao. In this way， to support mentioned empirical data to theestablishment of core and forerunner area of Qingdao. Fourth level raises advises inthe establishment of core and forerunner area of Qingdao in China-Japan-South KoreaFTA. Put forward a proposal to expand trade and economic cooperation with Japanand South Korea under the framework of a free trade zone， try to explore thefavorable and unfavorable factors in the political， economic， institutional and otheraspects Qingdao facing on the basis of the above studies， and help Qingdao makechoice.In this paper innovation is reflected in many aspects， first innovation is theresearch point of view. Different from the traditional point of view， this article triesto discuss the central role of regional cooperation Qingdao will play of Japan andSouth Korea， using a more neutral point of view， to avoid the maintenance of theirown because the one-sided interests caused by the distortion. In particular: first explain the necessity of the China-Japan-SouthKorea FTA， then explain that the establishment of the Free Trade Area requires acertain region to rely on， Qingdao， as the leading city of the Shandong Peninsula，has its own natural conditions， and the last two parts show the feasibility andnecessity of Qingdao becoming the core and forerunner area to explore. Finally isinnovative research methods. Fully integrated with international economics， freetrade zone theory and econometrics， use a comprehensive methods to analyze thisproblem， trying to avoid the defects of one-sidedness by single analytical tools aloneto enhance the credibility of the paper.
