It is currently in the era of experience economy, tourism as the service industrymeets the high level of demand, and that is clearly a big stage of experience economy.The essence of tour is to pursue joy, it is a kind of consumption behavior, and thewhole process of tourism is a perception experience of the process. Researches showthat satisfaction appraisal of tourist experience is the Tourists loyalty shown visually.It will have a direct impact on tourism profits and the length of the life cycle. Thisshows Tourist Satisfaction plays an important role in the tourism development; it isthe key origin that the tourist destination gets economic interests and sustainabledevelopment in this experience economy era.But the related theory of satisfaction is still lags behind the development of thepractice, some satisfaction survey researches more focus on influence factors ofcustomer satisfaction, and neglect the influence of premise factors and resultsvariables. Its normative, scientific and comparability is not strong, so it can’t beaccurately understand the degree of customer satisfaction; it will also affect toimplement the specific measures about promoting the customers’ satisfaction.Under the guidance of the satisfaction theory, this paper learns from the pastresearch experience on the basis practical, apply the satisfaction measurement to theregional city tourism development, use the domestic tourists who have visitedLaoshan District of Qingdao as the survey,design the questionaire from the threeaspects includes the visitor’s basic information,the tourists’s behavior and theastourists perceive,analy the survey data by the descriptive statisticalanalysis,cross-analysis,factor analysis and so on.First,by using the descriptivestatistics and cross-analysis method,we get the basic visitor’s features and theralationship between different visitor attributes to their travel behaviorchoices;secondly,through factor analysis to extract the common factor in the originalindex,we build the Satisfaction evaluation index system of Laoshan District ofQingdao and the main factors of influence tourists’ satisfaction, Laoshan District Tourism depth development model from the perspective of the tourist satisfaction.Meanwhile, according to the previous analysis results of the tourist satisfaction indexsystem, combined with the development needs of the tourism industry, and the idea ofcontemporary office automation, the proposal of building the satisfactionmeasurement information system is carried out. On the basis of questionnaires andinterviews to gather information, combined with the current development of thetourism information system, through the demand analysis of the system, the systemfunction modules organization is determined, then the whole organizational structureand subsystems functional structure are designed.By all those means,the touristsatistaction of Laoshan District is enhanced from the IT level.
