By questionnaire, on-the-spot check and data statisticsmethod surveying XinBin county residents and different social and economic conditions, and byusing the structural equation model scientific to analysis XinBin county real estate market.Combining the investigation and the analysis, and the investigation provide certain basis foranalysis of objective reality. In addition, the research using SPSS, Excel software as statisticalprocessing tools, and a large number of application chart analysis can reflect intuitive statisticalresults better. In addition, the application of AMOS7.0software to process and analysis the dataof structure equation model, finally concluded that intuitive structure model figure.This article through the questionnaire survey, a large number of data samples collected, andanalysis the sample feasibility, and the analysis from each decision factors of the real estatemarket to XinBin county situation. First of all, this paper analyzes the present real estate marketsituation to XinBin county, and structural analysis the survey questionnaire, so as to determinethe will of the purchase decision factors, summarized the subjective aspiration; Second, analysisthe basic theory of structural equation model, then puts forward the structure model and themeasurement model. According to the characteristics of the sample data and combining with thestructure equation model to the analysis of the real estate market to XinBin county to makeapositive analysis including quality analysis of sample data and the design, then to inspection and reasoning the model and the hypotheses, and concluded the basic family situation, pricesbear ability and weight coefficient about housing situation to willing of buying a house.and thenconclude the key factors to affect the purchase; Finally, draw the conclusion, countermeasure andthe suggestion was given to XinBin county real estate development,and analysis the deficiencyof the paper and the prospect of future research.This study uses structure equation to real estate market analysis exploratory, particularly inthe real estate market at the county level, and does certain matting to the subsequent research. Itis also provide some empirical basis for the theory and academic research.
