As an up-and-coming industry,IT industry is playing an increasingly important role in China's economic structure.With the deepening of the economic globalization,the competition among IT enterprises is becoming fiercer.The characteristics of IT industries makes the IT enterprises staff's ability for knowledge become the focus of business managers.It is an important research content that how employees keep innovating in their work to help their company to maintain the core competence in competition.At the same time,from the perspective of internal marketing,on the basis of the factors of previous job satisfaction,the knowledge and ability gained in work has become an important factor that can not be neglected in employee's job satisfaction.Therefore,this paper choose IT industry employees as research object,tries to discuss the relationship between the enterprise social network structure and the effect of knowledge transfer from the perspective of enterprise knowledge management,which is based on the previous research.Firstly,the paper introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad.Based on the related research results at home and abroad,the paper designs the basic framework of this article,and introduces the research ideas,research contents and research methods.Secondly,the paper introduces social network structure,knowledge transfer effect and other relevant theoretical knowledge.Thirdly,based on previous studies,this paper proposes the conceptual model and basic assumptions: four types of social network structure have positive effects on the knowledge transfer effect,the willingness to receive knowledge and the absorptive capacity of knowledge have an intermediary role in the impact.fourthly,in order to verify the hypothesis,the paper develops a new survey scale based on the relevant research at home and abroad and combined with the research hypothesis,then carries out pre-survey activities through Baidu cloud platform,analyzes the data by SPSS18.0 and modifies the scale according to the analysis results.Based on the results this paper carries out another survey to verify the results of factor analysis and tests the suitability between the conceptual model and the actual data.In addition to that,the paper carries out the mediation effect test.Through the empirical analysis,the corresponding research conclusions are obtained.Finally,according to the conclusion,the paper puts forward three aspects of management recommendations including help the employees to builda social network structure in favor of knowledge transfer,enhance the willingness of employees to accept the knowledge from multiple angles and pay more attention to promote the employees ability of knowledge absorptive.
