An Empirical Research On Affecting Factors Of FDI Of Henan Province

Since the reform and opening up, China has been the implementation of policies to attract foreign capital. In recent years, foreign direct investment (FDI) has become an important factor to affect China’s economic development. Henan as an economic province in the central region, the lack of foreign direct investment has become a constraint to rapid economic development after which the central region rising propose. In order to attract the level of foreign direct investment to improve Henan, Henan is actively developing an open economy and improving the investment level. From the point of view of the relevant statistical data, Henan has a significant change on the actual utilization of FDI level in recent years. This article which studies the influencing factors about the actual utilization of FDI in Henan province will have practical significance. The general content is listed as follows:Part Ⅰ, the introduction. At first, it introduces background selecting topic and the researching significance, and proposes the necessity that we study the issue of actual utilization of FDI in Henan province. In the end, it gives the research innovation and inadequacies.Part Ⅱ, Theoretical foundation and literature review. First, it combs the theory of FDI and does a simple review of related literature. Secondly, it analyzes the influence of traditional factors on FDI.Part Ⅲ, the present situation on FDI in Henan. At first, it introduces the development process and characteristics about Henan FDI, and gives a comparative analysis of the current situation of FDI. Then, it proposes the exist problem on the actual utilization of FDI in Henan province. In the end, it analyzes the role of FDI on the economic development of Henan.Part Ⅳ, Henan FDI empirical analysis. The part first introduces:variable selection, model, unit root test, co-integration test and Granger causality test; finally, it is the analysis of measurement results and a summary of the empirical. Part Ⅴ, recommendations and conclusions. First, it proposes some policy recommendations to improve Henan FDI; then decrypts the conclusions of this study.
