The job take over the most of a person’life and the people’s efficency time is be used to complete the job in everyday, so we can see the impotrance of working time to a person. In order to more reasonably and more efficient making sure of the limited time, the importance of a person making a plan that how to accomplish the job efficient is obviously. Meanwhile, as the degree of-civilization of human society is advancing, people are merely not satisfied to find a job, but hope to improve the career to meet their needs, and make their life’s value coming true.Along with the openness and cooperation degree of galobal economic rising, the degree of economic globalization is deepening. at the same time,the world is quietly happenning the great change. Since the20th century, the world economy is gradually changing from industrial economy to the knowledge economy. Leraning the career management by reaearching the realitive literature, I know that the predecessors have carried on the in-deepth reaearching on the theory of career management, including summarized the definition of professional, career, career management and so on by considering different factors, to support the theoretical results and make them more convincing.Following Historical materialism and Dialectical materialism, we make the research by use of Human Resource Management, Business Management, Economics and so on. First, we sudty many literatrues by library and internet. As a result, we know the mainstream of previous academic achevement. Second, we deliver and collect many questionnaire taking advantage of the realition of students and teachers in Chengdu and other areas. And then, we make data analysis by use of Non-paramatic Test, Factor analysis, Correlation analysis and so on. The result of data analysis can show the diffirence of organizational career management, personal career management and performance in gender, age, position and other aspects, and, the relation of organizational career management, personal career management and performance. The last part, by use of the result of data analysis, we find out the problems and shortcomings in organizational career management and personal career management. Utilzing the past academic acheviment, the knowledege that we studied and the adivce of other people, we can give some specific recommendations for organization and people in career management resulting in developing their performance.
