With the rapid development of global economy, enterprises competition of the global are more and more fasten, especially the survival conditions of the private enterprise is worried by us, But the competition ability of the enterprise ultimately to as for talents, in the private enterprises how to play out the biggest job performance in order to improve enterprise competitiveness is the private enterprise at present many major issues facing; In view of this, the academic research hot spot start from a single research job satisfaction to explored employee satisfaction on the influence of employees work performance, and obtained some encouraging research achievements.This thesis is limited to study impact of Chinese private enterprise between employee satisfaction and employee performance, first of all, We extracting the current literature research of most of the famous scholars compare identity the influence factors of satisfaction:management measures, leadership behavior, working relationship, job returns and the working content; Job performance is divided into task performance and relationship performance. Then design a job satisfaction questionnaire and job performance questionnaire, including gender, age, education level, job category and work-life demographic variables information, as well as relevant satisfaction five factors management measures, leadership behavior, working relationship, job returns, the job content, This questionnaire including23topic; Work performance questionnaire including mission performance and the relationship are12questions; Next to the questionnaire reliability and validity analysis and questionnaire test, including job satisfaction questionnaire Cronbach’s KMO game release coefficient for0.9, spherical inspection for0.822, significant level is less than the level of0.05. Work performance questionnaire for Cronbach’s0.882game release coefficient; And by using the method of questionnaires to obtain data, and by using the effective data obtained SPSS17.0describe statistical analysis, single factor analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis, specific results are as follows:(1) Private enterprise staff job satisfaction and performance is generally get a low scores; The influence between the gender and leadership behavior, The influence between age working and the job content is significant, The influence between education level and management, working relationship, job returns and the job content measures is significant, job management measures, working relationship, job returns and the job content have significant influence, but the impact between years of working and the management measures relationship, leadership behavior are very notable; the influence of gender, age and education level on overall job satisfaction is no significant; but the influence between jobs and work experience and overall job satisfaction is significant;(2) Management measure, job relationship, job content to the overall performance effect is remarkable, among them the job itself and the correlation coefficient of performance, the second highest for0.506working relationship, management measures, leadership behavior, work return; Job satisfaction with the task in five dimensions performance correlation from high to low in turn for management measures, work reward, leadership behavior, working relationship, the job itself; Job satisfaction with the relationship between five dimensions performance correlation from high to low in turn for the job itself, working relationship, management measures, and leadership behavior, work return;(3) Employee satisfaction in five dimensions of task performance influence factors of contribution rate from high to low arrangement is as follows:the work reward, the job itself, management measures, working relationship, leadership behavior;(4) The five dimensions of employee satisfaction performance impact factors the contribution of relationship from high to low arrangement is as follows: the work itself, working relationship, job returns, management measures, leadership behavior;(5) The employee satisfaction of five dimensions overall work performance impact factors of the contribution rate from high to low arrangement is as follows: the work itself, working relationship, management measures, work reward, leadership behavior.The research data comes from Beijing, Shanghai, Changsha and Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, basically covered most regions of China, research data and results have certain representativeness. Therefore, times of Chinese private enterprise research results for oneself circumstance finding improving human resources management effectiveness way, further perfect enterprise system and enterprise culture to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises have a great reference value for enterprises to know, and how should the employee’s needs, the guide staff and meet their needs demand practical significance.
