The global financial crisis in2007was the most serious challenge for China since she entered into WTO. Almost all of China’s industries were seriously damaged. The Logistics, which impel the development of economy, can not expect to be immune from the results of financial crisis. The problems that how to keep competitive in post-financial crisis period, and how to suit for the transition of industry during The12th Five-Year Plan are very important.In this thesis, we focus on evaluating competitiveness of China’s listed logistics companies in post-financial crisis period. First of all, the thesis analyzes relevant academic achievement. Then, the thesis put attention to finance ability and corporate governance of China’s listed logistics companies, the thesis uses the tool of Principal Component Analysis(PCA) and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to build the evaluating system of China’s listed logistics companies.On the basis of evaluating system of China’s listed logistics companies, the thesis makes the empirical analysis. The thesis selects the number of69China’s listed logistics companies as a sample, collecting public and authentic data, and using the tool of SPSS and MATLAB to analyze and evaluate the competitiveness of China’s listed logistics companies.Finally, according to the empirical analysis, the thesis gives the conclusion that state-holding listed logistics companies are more competitive than small and medium-sized. For China’s small and medium-sized listed logistics companies, the more open environment and more stable ownership structure, the more competitive they will be.
