The food is a basic human survival and development of material,If there is no food, people’s livelihoods will beimpossible.Since the founding of new China, the agricultural crisis in1959-1961caused by large-scale food crisis, or SARS, earthq uakes and other emergencies caused by the local food crisis, food reserves in respo nse to natur-eal disasters, stabilize grain markets play an important role in grain res erves is not only the relationship between social fairness and public interest is also related to nationa-l security.economic development and social stability.Household f ood reserves as an important part of food security, farmers food reserves to becom e one of the focus of at--etion of many scholars.Start with the history of this study reviewed the situation of the farmers sine e th-e Founding of the People’s Republic of China Grain reserve, and from the imp actfact-ors of motives and behavior of the analyzed the oretically farmers grain res erves,the safety of two ways:First,the food consumption in the motive on the main otiveof the F-armers GrainReserve;price speculation in the behavior influencing factorsanalysis of grain yield, grain storage facilities and costs,household size, household income, ma-rket prices and national policy analysis. National regulation on farmers’food be havior and the kinds of grain farmers District and non-grain farmers two angles. Finally, the author proposed the policy advice of the farmers grain reserves,and pointed out the lac-k of existing research and future research directions.
