As a traditional agricultural city, Dezhou, Shangdong province, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the national food security.This paper, taking the food security situation in Dezhou as the research object, analyzed the food production history of Dezhou, described current situation and level of food secufity, analyzed latent uncertain factors, and proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In the first part of this paper illustrates the introduction research background and significance, through researching the development history of Dezhou city on food production and planting structure adjustment, analysed present situation and the existing problems. Meanwhile learned the advanced experience of home and aboard and research Dezhou future food security to make forecast and put forward relevant suggestions, in order to grain security problem to provide helpful reference for similar area, the national food development to provide the reference and guidance. The first chapter is summarization of food security, then expounded the present situation of food security problems and challenges.
