Second, the paper by selecting various country characteristic explanatory variables, build up long-term equilibrium equation and short-term error correction panel data to analyze the influence factors of our nation stone intra-industry, and evaluate the influence degree of different variables.Through the research come to a conclusion:There is a down turn on our nation stone intra-industry, but the decline is slow, this is correspond with our stone trade situation, and the paper predict there will be growth on the stone intra-industry, find out that our nation stone intra-industry has great contributions to the whole world industry; the vertical stone intra-industry grows extremely fast, and this tread become more and more obvious.Down below are the conclusion after research on the intra-industry trade influence factors:First, In the long-term equilibrium equation model, regarding total intra-industry trade (TIIT), the market size, difference of the market size and average per capita index (APCI) are all deeply affect the intra-industry level; the narrow of the differences, increase of the income all will promote the development of the intra-industry, especially for the APCI; the market size influence is just against the expectations, this suggest there are some market failings in the development of the stone intra-industry; regarding horizontal intra-industry trade (HIIT), the influence isn’t obvious among variable influence; For the vertical intra-industry trade (VIIT), the market size and APCI influence degree is very apparent, the difference of market size and difference of per capita index (DPCI) disparity combined effects is very apparent.
