With rapid development on telecommunication technology and even more fiercelycompetition market day by day, mangagement accruation and IT support scientificity makemore and more important to telecom operators. In Dec2012, Guangdong Telecom (GT), guidedby CTG-MBOSS rule from China Telecom Group (CTG), officially initiated building projecton two operational system automatic interface, according to thought of ‘Data clearance’,‘OSSInternet, business system interconnection’, which include optimization construction oncustomer relationship management (CRM). Therefore, research on GT CRM optimization andpromotion strategy, is not only good for providing theretical guidance to GT, but also valuablereference for similar project in the future. Obviously, it is both theoretical and practical meaningto reaearch the problem.In this thesis, base on the second interface construction project of GT CRM system, we useproject management theory to make the second interface construction plan in GT CRM system,project schedule plan etc. Then, we do risky analysis on the second interface constructionproject, which includes demand risky factor, financial risky factor, and coordinatemanagement risky factor. Meanwhile, from project process view, it judged key points onvariance of project phases. Also, it issued proposal on strengthening conscious of projectmanagement, and establishing effective project monitoring index system. In project postevaluation stage, we make post-evaluation on process, benefit, impact, sustainability and alsocomprehensiveness. The project success degree has been up to97%.
